EMS Protocols and Procedures

As required under Emergency Medical Response System Regulations, the EMS Protocols and Procedures provide a means to ensure that both land and air prehospital care in Manitoba is provided in accordance with the procedures and functions as set out by the Minister. The Office of the Medical Director (OMD) is responsible for the Treatment Guidelines maintenance and development.

All updated content is current, evidence-based, and aligns with the 2011 National Occupational Competency Profiles.
