
In 2002, Manitoba Health developed a Primary Health Care Policy Framework to guide the ongoing renewal and reform of Primary Health Care in Manitoba
In March, 2005 the Inter-Governmental Committee on First Nation Health hosted Manitoba’s Primary Health Care Conference on First Nation Health & Wellness.
The first day of the conference was designed to create a “vision”
for a healthier tomorrow. Arlene Wilgosh, Deputy Minister of Health
was asked to help set the stage with a presentation entitled “What
is Primary Health Care?” ![]()
