A volunteer delivered program offered to students to increase their awareness of hazards on farms. The program was developed by the University of North Dakota and adapted to meet Manitoba's needs. Volunteer trainers are not available in all areas of the province. Training programs are available for those persons interested in volunteering.

Canadian Progressive Agriculture Safety Day Speaker/Workshop
Canadian Agricultural Safety Association English

A community safe day event consisting of small group presentations on a variety of regionally focused topics. Presenters follow an internationally established program to ensure content accuracy. Applications to host a safety day must be submitted prior to July 15 of the preceding year for approval. The safety day coordinator must be trained by the Progressive Agriculture Foundation (training is free).
