Community Planning Assistance Program

The Community Planning Assistance Program is available to planning districts and municipalities to financially assist with the preparation of land use by-laws and policies. Assistance includes:

• Up to $60,000 in cost-shared funding to support the review and preparation of integrated and comprehensive development plans;
  
  
• Up to $40,000 in cost-shared funding to support additional studies that address important planning and land use issues;
  
  
• Up to $10,000 to support detailed land use information and digital mapping in each rural municipality.
