RRC offers over 110 post-secondary academic programs in:
Special Offer Programming for International Students:
International Business: a one-year post graduate advanced diploma program with a January entry designed to provide well-qualified graduates for the international business environment. This interactive program includes a work term component over the summer months to enable program participants to work in an organization involved in trade, either in the public or private sector.
Technology Management: This one-year advanced diploma program begins each September. It is specifically targeted to graduates with technical diplomas and degrees who want to complement their technical skills with equally important managerial skills in areas such as corporate finance and accounting, project management, marketing strategy, and human resource management.
English as an Additional Language (EAL): RRC's EAL Program for international students offers flexible start and end dates that are designed to fit your schedule. You can choose the number of months you wish to study at the time that is convenient for you. Please refer to RRC website for further details.
Tuition and other fees varies by program with the most popular programs ranging from $7,200 to $ $13,500 per year (estimate of yearly fees is available on the website). You will also be required to pay for textbooks and mandatory international student health insurance coverage.
Financial aid from the federal or provincial governments or Red River College is
not available to international students.

Entrance requirements include: equivalent or Canadian high school Grade 12, specific program prerequisites, and advanced language skills.
Our post-secondary programs are fast-paced, very demanding, and require a high level of English language proficiency. To meet the language requirement for direct entrance into these programs you can submit evidence of your language proficiency by providing any one of the following test results:
