This bibliography includes references of Manitoba Energy and Mines and Geological Survey of Canada publications, other government documents, papers in journal literature, theses, books and conference abstracts. Includes NTS index which permits searches through the bibliography by geographical area.

Computerized searching of the BMG database by author, year, title, publication, subject keywords and NTS area is available through the Exploration Services Section of Industry, Trade and Mines. The database is updated on a continual basis, partly through the data exchange with the Geological Survey of Canada GEOSCAN program.

Selected Bibliography

This bibliography lists geological and engineering reports and papers, published in various journals and bulletins all relating to oil and gas exploration in Manitoba. Includes references published by the Geological Survey of Canada and Saskatchewan Energy and Mines. Papers and publications referenced in this bibliography feature both the Williston and Hudson Bay Basins.
