All of the  eighty-three lease parcels offered, covering 10 462 hectares (26,155 acres), were sold for a bonus amount totaling $801,286.52.  The average price per hectare for lease parcels sold was $76.59 ($21.88 per acre).  The average bonus at the last sale held on May 11, 2005 was $61.66 ($24.66 per acre).

Scott Land & Lease Ltd. paid the highest price per hectare for a parcel located in the Daly area.  The firm paid $202.50 per hectare ($81.00 per acre) as a tender bonus.

This is the third of four sales scheduled for 2005.

The next sale will be held on November 9, 2005.  The deadline for posting requests is August 12, 2005.
