A. All 16 Manitoba Jobs and Skills Development (MJSD) Centres located across Manitoba will be accepting registrations for the Keeyask Job Referral Service (JRS). If you are interested in registering or simply receiving additional information, you can…
- drop by your local MJSD Centre in person to inquire about the Keeyask JRS, or
- call your local MJSD Centre to make an appointment to see a Keeyask JRS representative
For your convenience, download the required registration forms from this site and either:
- complete the forms ahead of time and drop off in person, or
- someone will assist you with filling out the forms during your scheduled appointment time
- you can also register on-line, at any MJSD Centre, using our “Public Access Workstation” (computer).
B. Employment Services staff may make scheduled visits to communities across Manitoba to allow rural and northern residents to register in-person. If you are interested, you can…

- call your local MJSD Centre to find out when a Keeyask JRS representative may be visiting your community.

Employment Services is partnering with the following Indigenous communities: Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation (NCN), Tataskweyak Cree Nation and War Lake First Nation, York Factory First Nation, Fox Lake Cree Nation to become authorized JRS Registration Agencies for the Keeyask Job Referral Service.
