Powers of AttorneyThis is a joint project of the law reform agencies of the Western Provinces. A consultation paper entitled Enduring Powers of Attorney: Areas of Reform was released in April 2004. Throughout the Spring and Summer of 2005, the agencies held focus group discussions on options for reform and issues arising from the consultation process. The agencies are now working on draft proposals for reform for review by our members.
