Proposed Changes to the
Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation Act

Definitions

1(1)In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,

1(1)In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,

"family" means the spouse, common-law partner, son, daughter, brother, sister, parent, or grandparent of an individual;

"common-law partner" means a person who, not being married to the other person, cohabits with him or her in a conjugal relationship.
