Manitoba Labour Board's Arbitrators List

The following is the list of arbitrators maintained by the Manitoba Labour Board effective January 1, 2010, pursuant to Section 117(2) of The Labour Relations Act.

In cases not requiring a bilingual arbitrator the Board shall appoint an arbitrator from the following "Arbitrators List":

• Michael T. Green
• M. Lynne Harrison
• Diane E. Jones, Q.C.
• Arne Peltz

• Robert A. Simpson
• Michael D. Werier
• Gavin M. Wood

Where an application requires the appointment of a bilingual arbitrator, the Board shall appoint an arbitrator from the following "Bilingual Arbitrators List", namely:

• M. Lynne Harrison
• Rheal E. Teffaine, Q.C.
• Roxroy O.O. West

THESE LISTS ARE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS THE SEQUENCE BY WHICH ARBITRATORS ARE APPOINTED BY THE MANITOBA LABOUR BOARD.
