Fee Schedule

The Manitoba Labour Board, on request of a particular party, has
provided copies of various documents for a nominal charge. In recent
years the demand for such information has increased dramatically. As
well, the recent amendments to The Labour Relations Act,
in particular, the financial disclosure provisions, enable the Board
to charge a reasonable fee, where employees request a copy of the
financial and compensation statements filed with the Board.
Effective February 1, 1997, the Board will, by Regulation,
be establishing a fee schedule for certain services provided by the
Board. The fee schedule will be as follows:
