Mr. Selinger delivered to Mr. Speaker two messages from His Honour, the Lieutenant Governor of the Province of Manitoba as follows: PETER LIBA Lieutenant Governor The Lieutenant Governor transmits to the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, estimates of sums required for the services of the province for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March 2001 and recommends these Estimates to the Legislative Assembly.
