And Hon. Mr. Mackintosh, Messrs. Rocan and Laurendeau having spoken to the point of order,

WHEREUPON Mr. Speaker informed the House he would take the matter under advisement.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed to waive Private Members’ Business until further notice.

By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration for estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 138 tabled on May 17, 2000, was amended in order that the Department of Aboriginal and Northern Affairs be considered in Room 254 for Wednesday, May 24, 2000, only.

And the House continuing in Committee.
