The following petition was presented: Mr. Faurschou – Legislative Assembly of Manitoba urge the government to hold plebiscites in affected communities before any new gaming licences are issued in the Province of Manitoba (L. Hamlin and others) ______________________________ Mr. Santos, Chairperson of the Committee of Supply, presented the Report of the Proceedings of the Committee of June 5, 2000 as follows: IN THE COMMITTEE The following Resolutions were adopted: 7.5 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWO MILLION, ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS for FINANCE: FEDERAL-PROVINCIAL RELATIONS AND RESEARCH $2,120,900.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 7.6 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for FINANCE: INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT $355,300.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 7.7 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FOUR MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS for FINANCE: TREASURY BOARD SECRETARIAT $4,893,900.00
for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 7.8 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FOUR MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for FINANCE: OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY $4,796,800.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 7.9 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for FINANCE: AMORTIZATION OF CAPTIAL ASSETS $1,313,300.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 7.10 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FIFTY FIVE MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS for FINANCE: NET TAX CREDIT PAYMENTS $55,870,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding EIGHT MILLION, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE $8,384,600.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FIFTY-NINE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS $59,501,500.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.3 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding THIRTY-TWO MILLION, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: ACCOMMODATION DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT $32,270,500.00
for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.4 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding SEVEN MILLION, ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: SUPPLY AND SERVICES $7,103,600.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.5 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION $1,477,400.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.6 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS $177,407,300.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 15.7 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ELEVEN MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for HIGHWAYS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES: AMORTIZATION OF CAPITAL ASSETS $11,475,700.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. Resolutions were reported. Report was received and the Committee of Supply obtained leave to sit again. ______________________________ Pursuant to Rule 23(1), Mr. Dyck, Ms. Korzeniowski, Mrs. Dacquay, Messrs.
