Mr. Santos, Chairperson of the Committee of Supply, presented the Report of the Proceedings of the Committee of June 12, 2000 as follows:

IN THE COMMITTEE

The following Resolutions were adopted:

4.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FOUR MILLION, THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for JUSTICE:

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE $4,329,800.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

4.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding EIGHTY MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for JUSTICE:

CRIMINAL JUSTICE $80,789,500.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

4.3 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWENTY-TWO MILLION, SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for JUSTICE:

CIVIL JUSTICE $22,077,600.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

4.4 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding SEVENTY-SEVEN MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for JUSTICE:

CORRECTIONS $77,897,000.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

4.5 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding THIRTY-THREE MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for JUSTICE:

COURTS $33,891,800.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

4.6 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for JUSTICE:

AMORTIZATION OF CAPITAL ASSETS $1,526,300.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

Resolutions were reported.

Report was received and the Committee of Supply obtained leave to sit again.
