Mr. Santos, Chairperson of the Committee of Supply, presented the Report of the Proceedings of the Committee of July 6, 2000 as follows: IN THE COMMITTEE The following Resolutions were adopted: 5.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for CONSUMER AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS: ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE $1,314,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 5.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FIVE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for CONSUMER AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS: CONSUMER AFFAIRS $5,523,800.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 5.3 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWO MILLION, THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for CONSUMER AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS: CORPORATE AFFAIRS $2,358,700.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 5.4 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS for CONSUMER AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS: AMORTIZATION OF CAPITAL ASSETS $229,900.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 6.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding FIFTY THREE MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for EMPLOYEE PENSIONS AND OTHER COSTS: EMPLOYEE PENSIONS AND OTHER COSTS $53,859,100.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 26.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWENTY MILLION, NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for ENABLING APPROPRIATIONS: CANADA-MANITOBA ENABLING VOTE $20,932,600.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 26.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding THREE MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS for ENABLING APPROPRIATIONS: SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INNOVATIONS FUND $3,400,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 26.3 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS for ENABLING APPROPRIATIONS: JUSTICE INITIATIVES $1,500,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 26.4 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWENTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS for ENABLING APPROPRIATIONS: INTERNAL REFORM, WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT AND GENERAL SALARY INCREASES $25,000,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. 27.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS for OTHER APPROPRIATIONS: EMERGENCY EXPENDITURES $20,000,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.
27.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for OTHER APPROPRIATIONS: ALLOWANCE FOR LOSSES AND EXPENDITURES INCURRED BY CROWN CORPORATIONS AND OTHER PROVINCIAL ENTITIES $775,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. B.1 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for CAPITAL INVESTMENT: AGRICULTURE AND FOOD $176,200.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. B.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS for CAPITAL INVESTMENT: CONSERVATION $600,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. B.3 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for CAPITAL INVESTMENT: EDUCATION AND TRAINING $89,200.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001. B.4 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding EIGHT MILLION, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS for CAPITAL INVESTMENT: FINANCE $8,286,000.00 for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.
