Mr. Santos, Chairperson of the Committee of Supply, presented the Report of the Proceedings of the Committee of July 11, 2000 as follows:

IN THE COMMITTEE

The following Resolution was adopted:

12.2 RESOLVED that there be granted to HER MAJESTY a sum not exceeding THIRTY-SIX MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for CONSERVATION:

REGIONAL OPERATIONS $36,724,100.00

for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of March, 2001.

Resolution was reported.

Report was received and the Committee of Supply obtained leave to sit again.

Hon. Mr. Ashton, the Minister of Highways and Government Services, made a statement regarding an update on flooding as a result of heavy rains experienced over the last two weeks,

Mr. Enns and, by leave, Hon. Mr. Gerrard commented on the statement.
