The House resolving into the Committee of Supply. The Proceedings were interrupted at 12:00 p.m. with the understanding that the Committee of Supply would resume following Routine Proceedings.

Supplementary Information for Legislative Review 2003-2004 – Departmental Expenditure Estimates – Labour and Immigration.

Hon. Ms. Wowchuk, the Deputy Premier made a statement recognizing today, September 11, 2003 marking the second anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks that took place in New York, in Washington, D.C., and in Pennsylvania,

Mr. Cummings commented on the statement.

During Oral Questions, Mr. Speaker interjected and requested that the words "deliberately misleading" spoken by the Honourable Member for Ste. Rose be withdrawn.

WHEREUPON Mr. Cummings withdrew his remarks.

Pursuant to Rule 26(1), Messrs. Struthers, Eichler and Nevakshonoff, Mrs. Rowat and Mr. Martindale made Members’ Statements.

The House resolving into the Committee of Supply. The Proceedings were interrupted at 5:30 p.m. with the understanding that the Committee of Supply would resume Friday, September 12, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.

The House then adjourned at 12:30 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2003 until 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2003.
