PRAYER 10:00 O'CLOCK A.M. The House resolving into the Committee of Supply. The Proceedings, by leave, were temporarily interrupted to permit Mr. Speaker to resume the chair. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, it was agreed that the section of the Committee of Supply, sitting in the Chamber, to meet until 1:00 p.m. for Thursday, September 18, 2003. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration of estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 18 tabled on September 8, 2003, was further amended in order that the estimates of Sport be considered in the Chamber following the estimates of Culture, Heritage and Tourism. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration of estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 18 tabled on September 8, 2003, was further amended in order that the estimates of Advanced Education and Training, Seniors Directorate and Status of Women be considered in the Chamber following the estimates of Sport. ______________________________ And the House continuing in Committee. The Proceedings were interrupted at 12:00 p.m. with the understanding that the Committee of Supply would resume following Routine Proceedings. ______________________________ 1:30 O'CLOCK P.M. Pursuant to Rule 26(1), Messrs. Maloway, Maguire, Altemeyer and Faurschou and Ms. Irvin Ross made Members’ Statements. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration of estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 18 tabled on September 8, 2003, was further amended in order that the estimates of Seniors Directorate be considered in the Chamber following the estimates of Sport. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration of estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 18 tabled on September 8, 2003, was further amended in order that the estimates of Healthy Child Manitoba be considered in Room 254 following the estimates of Family Services and Housing. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration of estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 18 tabled on September 8, 2003, was further amended in order that the estimates of Civil Service Commission, Employee Pension and Other Costs, Enabling Appropriations, Supplementary Appropriation and Other Appropriations be considered in Room 254 following the estimates of Capital Investment. ______________________________ By unanimous consent, the sequence for consideration of estimates, as outlined in Sessional Paper No. 18 tabled on September 8, 2003, was further amended in order that the estimates of Conservation be considered in Room 255 following the estimates of Intergovernmental Affairs. ______________________________ The House resolving into the Committee of Supply. The Proceedings were interrupted at 5:30 p.m. with the understanding that the Committee of Supply would resume Friday, September 19, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. ______________________________ The House then adjourned at 12:31 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2003 until 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2003.
