And Hon. Mr. Mackintosh having spoken to the point of order, WHEREUPON Mr. Speaker informed the House he would take the matter under advisement. ______________________________ Pursuant to Rule 23(1), Mr. Struthers, Mrs. Smith (Fort Garry), Ms. Asper, Messrs. Dyck and Aglugub made Members' Statements. ______________________________ Pursuant to Rule 2(7), the debate on the Address in Reply to the Speech from the Throne was interrupted by the Government House Leader in order to call Second Reading of Bills 4 and 8. ______________________________ Hon.
