By leave, Mr. Helwer for Mr. Maguire – Legislative Assembly of Manitoba request that the Minister of Transportation and Government Services consider making the completion of the twinning of the Trans Canada Highway between Virden and the Saskatchewan border an immediate fiscal priority for his government and to consider taking whatever steps are necessary to ensure that work begins in the 2002 construction year.
