The Manitoba Government launched the Non-Profit Organization Strategy. If your NPO receives provincial funding and would like to be considered for this phase of the strategy, read more.
Non Profits are respected and creative leaders in community development, services, and program delivery in Manitoba. They are key partners in the All Aboard Strategy to reduce poverty, the Healthy Child Initiative, and the Aging in Place strategy. NPOs play a major role in the delivery of important services that support Manitobans to lead a high quality of life, including housing, social, recreation, employment and wellness services. They also provide opportunities for Manitoba citizens to become meaningfully engaged in building their communities.
In 2011, the government of Manitoba announced a four point plan to promote stable funding to non profits, and reduce red tape. This web portal supports the initiative by linking programs, services, tools and resources through one page. We invite you to explore the site and provide your feedback.
