Employment Opportunities for the Summer of 2010 - The Manitoba Youth Job Centres program (MYJC) is accepting resumes for anticipated summer positions throughout Manitoba. These positions provide 15 weeks of full-time employment (early May to mid-August) at $11.62/hour.
STEP Services is the provincial government's central employment referral program for high school and post-secondary students seeking work in government departments, special operating agencies and Crown corporations. STEP Services provides students with full and part-time jobs, career-related work experience and promotes careers in Manitoba's civil service.
Urban/Hometown Green Team creates meaningful and career-oriented summer employment for students and youth aged 16 to 24 years. Participating employers provide a variety of community development opportunities that improve neighbourhoods, promote community involvement and help develop young leaders.
