The Income Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Program provides financial and employment assistance for adults with a disability who are enrolled in the Employment and Income Assistance program. This additional financial assistance is provided in recognition of the additional costs for persons with disabilities which are associated with living in the community.
The Manitoba Child Benefit (MCB) provides monthly benefits to low-income Manitoba families needing assistance with the cost of raising children. If you received Child Related Income Support Program (CRISP) benefits prior to January 2008, you will be automatically enrolled on the MCB program.
