Post-Secondary Programs

ACCESS Programs

ACCESS programs help priority group members take advantage of post-secondary education. Priority groups include Manitobans without easy access to post-secondary education because of geographic, financial, and academic barriers. They may include Aboriginal, northerners, women, immigrants and people from visible minority groups.

Manitoba Advanced Education and Literacy

Manitoba Advanced Education and Literacy supports learning at colleges, training centres, and universities throughout the province. Check out the department`s programs and services.

Religious Institutions

In Manitoba, several religious institutions offer a wide variety of certificate and diploma programs.

The Council on Post-Secondary Education (COPSE)

The Council on Post-Secondary Education oversees our post-secondary education system and also plans and co-ordinates change within it. Learn more about its extensive roles and responsibilities.

Youth Serves Manitoba

Youth Serves Manitoba encourages post-secondary students to do meaningful, part-time community service with non-profit or registered charitable organizations. Upon successful completion of 100 hours of service, students will receive a $500 bursary for tuition costs or student loan repayment. Students who have completed 100 community service hours may also be eligible to receive a second $500 bursary.
