Payment Options
All orders must be prepaid. You may choose one of the following payment methods:
- Cash and Interac accepted when ordering in person at our 200 Vaughan Street office in Winnipeg
- Credit Card, Visa and Mastercard only
Cheques and Money Orders Payable to the Minister of Finance
Claims
All claims for non receipt of items or short shipment must be made within 2 months of placing your order. All claims for non receipt of subscription items must be made within 2 months of receipt following issue or update.
NSF Cheques
Customers will be charged a $20 fee for NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques.
Shipping/Handling
Shipping and handling charges apply only where indicated:
| within Canada | $2.50 for first item | $0.50 for each additional item |
| USA / overseas | $5.00 for first item | $1.00 for each additional item |
Taxes
Goods and Services Tax -- GST (5%) is charged on all items, including shipping and handling costs. GST applies to all orders shipped to addresses in Canada.
Our GST registration number is R107863847.
Provincial Sales Tax -- PST (7%) applicable to items shipped within Manitoba only.
To receive either tax exemption, you must supply your tax exemption number at the time of order.
