Provincial Certificate Holder for Interprovincial “Red Seal” Exam

Mutual Recognition for Canadian Certificates of Qualification Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) allows journeypersons with a Certificate of Qualification from another province to work in a compulsory trade in Manitoba.
