Partnerships

Apprenticeship and Trades Qualification Board

Manitoba's apprenticeship training system is industry-driven and based on partnerships with trade-related associations, organizations and businesses. Companies who hire tradespeople can access monthly updates on the activities of the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Board and industry trade advisory committees.

Apprenticeship Trade Advisory Committees

Employers with staff working in trades can access the names of individuals who represent apprenticeship trades on advisory committees. These committees make recommendations to the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Board regarding training program and regulation content and qualifications for certification.

Industry Training Partnerships

Promotes business and industry-related training based on an analysis of human resource and training needs.
