We've Moved!
Effective February 12, 2007, all public services provided by the Winnipeg Land Titles Office, Surveys Branch and the Personal Property Registry will be available at the TPR Building, formerly the Birks Building, 276 Portage Avenue.
Parking
Several parking facilities exist within a one-block radius of 276 Portage Avenue. These include the following:
- 255 Smith Street
- Radisson Hotel
- 330 Smith Street
- Garry Street Parkade
- 351 Smith Street

Bus
For bus access, the TPR Building is located at the corner of Smith Street and Portage Avenue, one block north of Graham Avenue. For those in the Broadway area, free bus service is available to within one block of the TPR Building by taking "The Downtown Spirit", Route 2. This bus runs weekdays 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
