Land Titles Forms
Land titles forms can be purchased in bulk from Statutory Publications. They are located at 200 Vaughan Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 1T5. Statutory Publications can be contacted at (204) 945-3101.
If you only require one or two forms they can be picked up at any of the Land Titles Offices in the province.
If you are unable to attend at the Land Titles Office in person you can phone one of the offices and we will either mail or e-mail the forms to you.

These are "Approved" Land Titles Forms. When using these forms be sure to check spacing when you insert information. Depending on your printer you may need to make minor adjustments to ensure all of the form prints.
These forms are all two-sided documents and must be submitted to Land Titles on one piece of paper, two-sided and all use legal length paper.
These forms are distributable to any one who wishes to use them, free of charge and may not be used in any commercial application of any kind where there is a charge for forms. They may be used by any person or business only for the purpose of being filled in and submitted to Land Titles for registration or to be demonstrated for education purposes.
Any alteration of the wording or spacing of these forms makes the approval VOID and the forms subject to rejection by Land Titles.
There is no warranty that these forms will work with any particular
computer system or software. These forms are distributed as a client
service.
