Manitoba Trade and Investment investigated the interest of companies to participate in a POTENTIAL provincial booth area within the Canadian Pavilion at Alimentaria 2008. Booth space (9 square meters) is available to interested and qualified Manitoba companies for a reduce rate of CAD 2,000. Alimentaria Mexico was held in June 3 – 5, 2008 at Centro Banamex in Mexico City, Mexico.
Although there was not an official Canada Pavilion at this year’s edition, government and embassy representatives were available on-site to provide market development advice and assist in networking activities. Canadian companies that registered for the show were grouped together in an open concept area complete with the Canada Branding.
