Video Game Ratings

To take full advantage of the rating system, it is important for parents and other consumers to check the rating symbol suggesting age appropriateness on the front of the game package, and the content descriptor on the back of the package. Content descriptors indicate elements in a game that may have triggered a particular rating and may be of interest or concern.
Go to ESRB for a complete listing of content descriptors or more information on the ESRB rating system.
