The Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA) program assists non-profit organizations (also known as not-for-profit or NPOs) by providing financial support after a disaster.
To process your DFA claim, Manitoba EMO requires the following mandatory documents:

If you have been impacted by a disaster, you can submit an application for Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA). Submitting an application does not mean DFA assistance will be provided to you. Submitting an application gives Manitoba EMO insight into whether impacts are widespread or caused significant financial burden.
There are currently no open DFA programs.
DFA provides up to a maximum of $240K ($300K - 20% deductible)
