Room and Hotel Details:

  • A block of standard guestrooms (single to quad occupancy) have been set aside at aspecial rate of $109 (plus applicable taxes) for the Disaster Management Conference 2009. To obtain this special rate, you must provide them with the group rate # 115750 at the time of booking.

  • Please note that Canad Inns will release the blocked rooms on Oct. 16/09; Canad Inns will still accept reservations after Oct. 16/09 at the special rate of $109 (plus taxes), but it will be subject to guest room availability at the time of booking.
  • Reserve your rooms early as the hotel has fully booked in past conferences! In the event that Canad Inns – Brandon gets fully booked, the onus will be on you to find an alternate hotel.

Registration Costs per Delegate:

$300 - early bird special (paid registrations must be received by October 2, 2009); or
$350 - regular rate

  • Payment must be attached to the registration form in order to be processed. You will not be fully registered until payment is received. (Please note that we will not invoice under any circumstance - if your organization requires an invoice in order to process payment, use the completed registration form as your invoice.)
  • Delegate fee includes:
  • Access to conference keynote speakers, sessions and workshops
  • Three lunches: Wednesday, Nov. 4th; Thursday, Nov. 5th; Friday, Nov. 6th
  • Four refreshment breaks: afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 4th; morning and afternoon of Thursday, Nov. 5th; morning of Friday, Nov. 6th
  • One ticket to Bud, Spud & Steak dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 4th
  • One ticket to gala evening dinner on Thursday, Nov. 5th (A limited amount of extra tickets may be purchased at the Registration Desk for $50 each).
  • Please ensure you select your session and workshop preferences.
  • You will be issued a written confirmation of your paid registration. This confirmation is your receipt.

All paid registrations must be received by October 16, 2009.

  • Payment is either by cash or cheque only (we are not set up for credit card payments).
