Customer Service 


The Customer Service branch is accountable for the development and management of productive service relationships with Business Transformation and Technology customers. 

Customer Relationship Managers work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the services and focus on improving the quality of these services. They further ensure that the products and services of Business Transformation and Technology are aligned with department and corporate programs and service priorities. 

The Customer Support unit manages the delivery of the ICT Service Desk and monitors outsourced Help Desk and Service Request functions, coordinating and integrating service delivery and customer support activities and managing communications on incidents and changes.
