Can I apply for more than one grant?

Yes. Multiple applications will be considered.

I am applying for a school division with projects in multiple schools. Do I need to complete separate applications for each school?

I am applying for a school replacing multiple fixtures. Do I need to complete separate applications for each fixture?

No. Multiple small projects in one school can be included in one application. Larger projects such as service line replacement should be sent as separate applications.

Can I apply for completed work?

Priority will be given to projects that have not begun. Funding for work started after April 1, 2020 will be considered on February 15, 2022.

Who can not apply?

  • Homebased schools
  • Adult Learning Centres, Universities, Colleges, and Trade schools
  • Tutoring organizations
  • Child Care Homes

When can I expect to receive the funding for my project?

Applications will be reviewed on June 15, 2021, November 15, 2021, and February 15, 2022. Approval of projects will be completed within 2 weeks of the review dates and funding will follow shortly after approval.
