How to Register for Work
If you want to be considered for work on the Keeyask Project, you MUST register with the Job Referral Service. There are several ways to register:
Documents Needed to Register for Work
- Registration Instructions (Information only)
- Notice and Consent Form (English) (Important - Must read prior to completing registration forms)
Notice and Consent Form (French)
- explains how the JRS will collect, use and disclose your personal information - Registration for Work Form
- lists your personal information such as name, address etc. - Employment History Form
- lists past and present work experience - Education Information Form
- lists highest level of education attained as well as any other course, certificates, diplomas received - References Form (Optional)
- lists personal, academic or work references - Registration Declaration Form
- declaration of Indigenous Ancestry, Residency status, Union Membership, etc. - Skills Profile Form(s) new
- records occupation related skills and experiences
