An amusement ride must not be operated for public use unless an operating permit has been issued for that ride by Inspection and Technical Services (ITS). An operating permit will not be issued until:
Operating permits expire on March 31 following the date it is issued, unless suspended or cancelled earlier. Operating permits are not transferable.
