Madam Speaker: The hour being after 2:45 p.m., in accordance with my ruling of November 21, which was sustained by this House, I am interrupting the proceedings to put the question on the motion for third reading of Bill 67. The question before the House, therefore, is the motion of the honourable government House leader, that Bill 67, The Manitoba Telephone System Reorganization and Consequential Amendments Act; Loi concernant la réorganisation de la Société de téléphone du Manitoba et apportant des modifications corrélatives, be now read a third time and passed.
