Free Interpretive Programs for Schools and Groups

Teacher Workshops:Join us for this FREE professional development opportunity, where you will discover all the recreational and educational opportunities for your students in the winter season in Manitoba’s provincial parks.  View the PDF for more information.

School programs are free of charge and curriculum based.  Our skilled team of Park Interpreters offer guided hikes, games, activities and other unique outdoor learning experiences in our natural and cultural resources.  Programs are available on a variety of curriculum-based subjects such as ecology, plant life, wildlife, cultural history, biodiversity, geology and more!  Programs emphasize hands-on experiences to deliver a unique engaging experience for your students or group.

School programs are offered year-round in Birds Hill, Spruce Woods and Whiteshell Provincial Parks.  Click on each park to view programming options and information (PDF files).
