The Investment and Trade Division provides a concierge service to local companies and industry stakeholders that need help identifying business programs and services available in the province. This could include providing support with expansion plans and establishment of new businesses, promoting Manitoba's business advantage and trade capabilities or engaging with industry to support participation in trade activities.

The Manitoba Agriculture department offers business development programs and services for food and agri-food companies including business consultations, pathfinding, training, funding programs and resources to assist companies in the commercialization and exports of food products (both domestic and international).

With in-depth knowledge of regional and global opportunities and strong connections in Canada and across 160 cities worldwide, the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service helps guide Canadian companies in expanding internationally. They also work in the development of trade missions and Canadian pavilion exhibits at international trade events for Canadian exporters.
