Getting the proper nutrients we need is so important to our health and well-being.  When we eat right we just feel good.  Healthy eating becomes increasingly important as we age.  As people age they tend to eat less and even though their need for calories decreases quite often their need for certain nutrients increases.  The bottom line is eating healthy and being physically active can go a long way in helping us maintain our health and even make us healthier!
