Worker Recruitment and Protection Act Employer Registration Application (774kb pdf)
The Worker Recruitment and Protection Act requires all employers wanting to recruit foreign workers to first register with Employment Standards. Employers can electronically submit an application form. For more information, please read our Employer Registration Information page.
Employment Agency Business License Form 1 (110kb pdf)
The Worker Recruitment and Protection Act requires a licence issued by Employment Standards for businesses engaged in finding workers for employment in Manitoba and finding employment in Manitoba for workers.
Foreign Worker Recruitment License Form 2 (113kb pdf)
The Worker Recruitment and Protection Act requires a licence issued by Employment Standards for businesses engaged in finding one or more foreign workers for employment in Manitoba and finding employment in Manitoba for one or more foreign workers.
Child Talent Agency License Form 3 (140kb pdf)
The Worker Recruitment and Protection Act requires a licence issued by Employment Standards for businesses engaged in promoting a child under the age of 17.
Child Performer Recruitment License Form 4 (158kb pdf)
The Worker Recruitment and Protection Act requires a licence issued by Employment Standards for businesses engaged in the activities of auditioning, scouting or recruiting a child under the age of 17 for the purpose of referring the child to a child talent agency.
Child Performer Permit Form 5 (72kb pdf)
All children promoted by a talent or modeling agency must have Child Performer Permit from Employment Standards. This is a requirement of the new Worker Recruitment and Protection Act, which improves protections for children in the talent and modeling industry.
