When perusing the collections of other libraries, keep this rule of thumb in mind. If you want to borrow material from a library where you are not a registered member, bring a printout of the full citation of the book or report to your own library and ask your library to obtain it on your behalf using inter-library loan services. Inter-library loan services are done world wide with much success.
