After Incorporation

Now you are incorporated and the co-operative carries its legal name, so the co-operative will start applying for funds that are available at its business development stage. The board founder will now concentrate effort and resources in recruiting more members, searching financial resources to get started the business function by conducting a Feasibility Study, developing the cooperative By-laws and pursuing a Business Plan and exploring available Programs to finance the cooperative.
