Contractors/Employers
The Manitoba Floodway Authority (MFA) will provide the following form to new Contractors who are awarded contracts on the Red River Floodway Expansion Project. Once the Contractor has completed the form, MFA will submit to Employment Manitoba. Staff will enter the Contractor’s contact information in the Job Referral Service (JRS) application prior to any job orders being sent in. This form can also be used if Contractors are updating their contact information.
