Assessment Services requests information about the cost of materials and labour from property owners who have recently constructed new buildings. Cost of construction information is analyzed to produce accurate and up-to-date property assessments.

Assessment Services requires detailed information. It is preferable that property owners provide a detailed progress report, payment schedule or detailed contract prepared by your contractor. If such a report or schedule is not available, we ask that you or your contractor fill out the applicable form below.
