Children's Books Issued by Manitoba Publishers: a Selective List

Under the Legislative Library Act, Manitoba publishers are asked to send one copy of every item published in Manitoba to the Library on legal deposit. As a result the Library has accumulated a rich assortment of children's literature from the pens, paint boxes and cameras of Manitoba's gifted authors, illustrators and photographers. Presented for your interest is a listing of recent books, many of which are available through local bookstores and libraries.
