Learning at the Leg!
“Learning at the Leg!”, formerly the “Teacher’s Institute on Parliamentary Democracy”, is an annual 2-day educator conference held at the Manitoba Legislative Building. This non-partisan professional development opportunity is an immersive experience for teachers designed to help them better understand and teach the topics of Democracy and the Legislative Assembly to their students.
The conference includes guest speakers, hands-on-activities, and information sessions that will assist in bringing the legislative process to life in your classroom!
